The Church calls us to live in a synodal way: walking together, listening to one another, discerning and acting in communion<\/strong>. At WUCWO, we take up this call by accompanying the spiritual, intellectual and pastoral formation of women, so that they can participate actively<\/strong>, together with the other members of the People of God, in all areas of ecclesial and social life.<\/p>\n We have founded the WUCWO School of Synodality<\/strong>, where we train facilitators of synodal processes and promote the practice of Conversations in the Spirit as a method of community discernment.
