As Sister Nathalie Becquart, Undersecretary of the General Secretariat of the Synod, explained in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vaticannews.va\/en\/vatican-city\/news\/2025-07\/becquart-new-document-promotes-implementation-of-synod.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-hook=\"web-link\">an interview with Vatican News<\/a>:<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><cite>The notion of the exchange of gifts is really a core notion of the Final Document, a core notion of a synodal Church. We can apply it to the exchange of gifts among members of the People of God, members of the Church. We all have something to give and something to receive. But we can also understand it as the importance of the exchange of gifts among local churches.<\/cite><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div data-breakout=\"normal\">\n<p id=\"viewer-3oecl936\" dir=\"auto\">Sister Nathalie also pointed out that although the implementation will take time, the key is to begin and remain committed:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\" data-hook=\"rcv-block6\"><cite>We can say also that we know that to already implement synodality everywhere, at all levels of the Church, will take time. But the most important\u2014it\u2019s the process, we can say step-by-step, and the most important is to move forward<\/cite><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div data-breakout=\"normal\">\n<p id=\"viewer-6xoww942\" dir=\"auto\">In this context, the World Union of Catholic Women\u2019s Organisations (WUCWO) and its School for Synodality was mentioned as an example of how synodal formation is already being lived out.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div data-breakout=\"normal\">\n<p id=\"viewer-gxd8m948\" dir=\"auto\">This recognition affirms WUCWO\u2019s ongoing efforts to promote a synodal Church that listens to and walks with women around the world.
