_module_preset=\u00a0\u00bbdefault\u00a0\u00bb text_font=\u00a0\u00bbNunito||||||||\u00a0\u00bb text_font_size=\u00a0\u00bb17px\u00a0\u00bb text_line_height=\u00a0\u00bb1.6em\u00a0\u00bb width=\u00a0\u00bb65%\u00a0\u00bb module_alignment=\u00a0\u00bbcenter\u00a0\u00bb global_colors_info=\u00a0\u00bb{}\u00a0\u00bb]<\/p>\n<p>Notre mission internationale a pour objectif de veiller \u00e0 ce que la voix des femmes catholiques soit entendue l\u00e0 o\u00f9 sont prises les d\u00e9cisions qui affectent la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, les familles et les communaut\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 notre action internationale, en collaboration avec d\u2019autres organisations catholiques et avec les observateurs permanents du Saint-Si\u00e8ge, nous promouvons la dignit\u00e9 humaine, les droits et la participation des femmes, la protection de la famille, la construction de la paix, le d\u00e9veloppement humain int\u00e9gral, ainsi que les valeurs de l\u2019\u00c9vangile et de la doctrine sociale de l\u2019\u00c9glise.<\/p>\n<p>Actuellement, l\u2019UMOFC b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d\u2019un <strong>statut consultatif<\/strong> aupr\u00e8s du Conseil \u00e9conomique et social des Nations Unies (<strong>ECOSOC<\/strong>) \u00e0<strong> New York<\/strong>, du <strong>Conseil des droits de l\u2019homme des Nations Unies \u00e0 Gen\u00e8ve<\/strong> et de l\u2019Organisation des Nations Unies pour l\u2019alimentation et l\u2019agriculture (<strong>FAO<\/strong>) \u00e0 <strong>Rome<\/strong>. Elle dispose \u00e9galement d\u2019un <strong>statut participatif<\/strong> aupr\u00e8s du <strong>Conseil de l\u2019Europe \u00e0 Strasbourg<\/strong> et est <strong>partenaire officiel de l\u2019UNESCO \u00e0 Paris<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<p>L\u2019UMOFC a vu le jour il y a plus de 100 ans, anim\u00e9e par la conviction que les femmes catholiques devaient \u0153uvrer ensemble au-del\u00e0 des fronti\u00e8res et contribuer activement \u00e0 la construction d\u2019une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 plus juste, plus pacifique et inspir\u00e9e des valeurs chr\u00e9tiennes. D\u00e8s les ann\u00e9es 1920 et 1930, des repr\u00e9sentantes de l\u2019UMOFC participaient aux travaux d\u2019institutions internationales, notamment la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 des Nations \u00e0 Gen\u00e8ve, en d\u00e9fendant des causes telles que la paix, la protection des femmes et des enfants, l\u2019\u00e9ducation et la justice sociale. <\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=\u00a0\u00bb4.27.6&Prime;
