It is with great joy that we announce the upcoming General Assembly of the World Union of Catholic Women’s Organisations to be held at El Escorial, Spain, from 6 to 12 June 2027, under the theme: “Women for Peace leading in the Care of Life.”
This will be a key gathering for the nearly 100 WUCWO member organisations, bringing together hundreds of women from all over the world united by their commitment to peace, women’s leadership and the care of life.
In a global context marked by major challenges, this Assembly will be a space for study, dialogue, prayer, discernment, fellowship and shared action, where we will define together the priorities and areas of action that will guide our mission in the coming years, and elect the Board members for the next term.
Information regarding the participation criteria for the Assembly will be sent to member organisations in the upcoming months.
