KDFB is organising on April 9 at 7:00 PM (Uhr) on Zoom: Peace through Women’s Rights – Peace Activists in Bolivia

Violence against women is commonplace in Colombia and Bolivia. It takes on a variety of forms, from domestic to economic to sexual violence. For the women affected, a peaceful life in a safe environment and a non-violent relationship often seems a long way off. The “Corporación Vamos Mujer” from Medellín and other Misereor partner organisations in the “Women’s Rights – Human Rights” project are at their side. They support women in freeing themselves from violent situations and creating a peaceful environment for themselves and their families. They also network the women, encourage them to take on leadership roles and become politically active. This creates a more peaceful, fairer society – for everyone.

Expert: NN, Corporación Vamos Mujer

Participation is free of charge. Everyone interested is cordially invited. Event in German and Spanish.
